Leonel Iago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marco Hermon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Leonel Iago made a huge save. 26 minutes into the game, Gavino Lorenz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Leonel Iago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gavino Lorenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to El Acuerdo getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Saverio Theobald hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the game, Gavino Lorenz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Leonel Iago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute of the game Artemio Videl made a throw-in which Lino Bartoleme played forward. Leonel Iago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Palos in the 43rd minute of play. With his leg Leonel Iago managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when El Acuerdo's Gavino Lorenz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Palban to strike the kick off in the second half. When El Acuerdo's Marco Hermon in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zapiola AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Gavino Lorenz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonel Iago having to make a save. A collision led to Zapiola AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Laureano Hegoi hit a great ball. Zapiola AFC's Leonel Iago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Palos in the 86th minute of play. After 91 played minutes El Acuerdo got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Lorenz. In the 97th minute, Artemio Videl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. El Acuerdo fully deserved thier win.
