An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Diagur in the 27th minute of play forced Undertaker's goalkeeper Bruno Sazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. River's Ruben Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Florin in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Undertaker getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ramon Poz hit a great ball. Ruben Baumer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Guter in the 34th minute. If Jacinto Guter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardino Florin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Bernardino Florin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Baumer was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the game, Mariano Inocente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Ceferino Diagur fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bruno Sazon, passed just outside the right post. Anacleto Dominguez hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Severiano Lehen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Guter in the 91st minute of play. Severiano Lehen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
