But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Gar couldn't finish the play. Nicasio Barros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Sazon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Dany FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Florin came free, but Cayetano Ladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Nicasio Barros notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Undertaker's Bruno Sazon. Bruno Sazon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th match minute, Dany FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Fraco to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cayetano Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardino Florin was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Undertaker's Anacleto Dominguez got a free kick in the 58th minute. Undertaker's Bruno Sazon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Azeari in the 59th minute of play. If Jacinto Guter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Undertaker's zone, Marcos Gar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Sazon came out of the goal and Marcos Gar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute of the match Juan Azeari sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Sazon skillfully saved the ball. Jacinto Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cayetano Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute Marcos Gar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Sazon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Marcos Gar sped through Undertaker's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Sazon. A collision led to Dany FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Natalio Astigar hit a great ball. Undertaker's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
