Benedicto Basajaun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Evelio Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Pietro in the 22nd minute of play forced Mate Galleta's goalkeeper Benedicto Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Auberdine FC's Hernan Marz in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hernan Marz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mate Galleta's Benedicto Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Marz in the 31st minute of play. In the 31st minute, Hernan Marz made a precise shot to the right of Benedicto Basajaun. Mate Galleta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 52ndth minute of the game Hernan Marz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mate Galleta's Benedicto Basajaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedicto Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Marz in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Placido Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Auberdine FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Bermudo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Auberdine FC's Hernan Marz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 60th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Hernan Marz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Auberdine FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mate Galleta the free kick. After 63 played minutes Auberdine FC got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Marz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Bermudo got free with Benedicto Basajaun in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lu Chang Wei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Tome's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 66th match minute, Auberdine FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Jakes to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Tome notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Auberdine FC's Lu Chang Wei. Lu Chang Wei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 71 minutes, Placido Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Placido Bermudo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Placido Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Auberdine FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Bermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Basajaun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87thth minute of the game Hernan Marz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mate Galleta's Benedicto Basajaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Marz in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedicto Basajaun saved Mate Galleta from getting behind. Hernan Marz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Basajaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Hernan Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Basajaun having to interfere.
