Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Uriel Tanio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espinillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Uriel Tanio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Weather breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Sergio Madeo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Obeko was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 27 minutes into the match, Mateo Maiorga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Obeko. The Espinillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Obeko should have stopped the shot. In the 40th match minute, Encrucijadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Beturian to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Loren in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Everardo Loren made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Uriel Tanio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mateo Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceferino Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Loren in the 60th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo's zone, Mateo Maiorga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Obeko came out of the goal and Mateo Maiorga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Encrucijadas's Ceferino Weather played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Loren in the 72nd minute of play. Uriel Tanio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Encrucijadas getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Teobaldo Beturian hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Tanio in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Weather saved Encrucijadas from getting behind. In the 78th minute Everardo Loren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Weather saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo's zone, Fabricio Lon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Obeko came out of the goal and Fabricio Lon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uriel Tanio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ceferino Weather having to make a save.
