Spectators: 7318 (Terracing: 5490, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teobaldo Resto started the match with the kick off. Arnulfo Egoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Palos having to make a save. Melchor Cefero charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Cefero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Me Duele El Higo booed when Milo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Cefero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Leandro Vistruario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Me Duele El Higo's Arnulfo Egoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matias Santikurtz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Milo FC's Jacinto Lohitzun tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 29thth minute of the game Teobaldo Resto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Me Duele El Higo's Cristobal Paulin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Me Duele El Higo's Matias Santikurtz got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Matias Santikurtz off the ground. After recieving a nice pass, Milo FC's Jacinto Lohitzun tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Me Duele El Higo's Cristobal Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Resto in the 37th minute of play. Leandro Vistruario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Palos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Vistruario in the 42nd minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Leandro Vistruario sped through Milo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Palos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Flores got free with Cristobal Paulin in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Vistruario in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Palos saved Milo FC from getting behind. Milo FC's Melchor Cefero got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 73rd play minutes Nicasio Flores shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Cristobal Paulin and just under the crossbar into goal. If Romulo Mantzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute Leandro Vistruario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Palos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Bernard's late challenge caught a Me Duele El Higo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Placido Bernard helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, one of Milo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Milo FC. Cristobal Paulin made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Nicasio Flores sent off a good shot on target. When Leandro Vistruario came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Me Duele El Higo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Vistruario couldn't finish the play. Nicasio Flores recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Me Duele El Higo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Milo FC for a fine match.
