Ariel Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Medina having to interfere. Leonel Quico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Ibañez in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bajestine's Ezequiel Urtun got a free kick in the 8th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Eleuterio Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ledesma AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Ibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute Anselmo Vito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Quico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Anselmo Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ledesma AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Vito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Quico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute of the match Simon Jayvier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Medina skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th minute, Ciriaco Piarres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bajestine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Leonel Quico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Vito, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th match minute, Ledesma AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Frasco to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bajestine booed when Ledesma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Oihenarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Frasco kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Anselmo Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bajestine getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ariel Oxarra hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Eleuterio Ibañezs short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Leonel Quico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Miguel Medina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Piarres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blas Lehoi during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Ledesma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Lehoi. Miguel Medina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Palban in the 82nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ledesma AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! Leonel Quico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Arsenio Baumar's late challenge caught a Ledesma AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Baumar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ledesma AFC booed when Bajestine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Baumar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Augusto Palban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bajestine fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ledesma AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
