Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Severo Piearres started the match with the kick off. In the 16th minute Severo Piearres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Milian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 18 in the game by Cristian Oriol from a close distance when the talented Rogelio Milian managed to make a qualified save. Burzaco's players were relieved. Rogelio Milian was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Severo Piearres capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severo Piearres really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Cristian Oriol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Milian having to interfere. Severo Piearres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rogelio Milian came out and tried to block the shot, but Severo Piearres slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Burzaco's goalkeeper Rogelio Milian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Oriol. If Cristian Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Cesar Gonza made a precise shot to the right of Erasmo Chepe. RIVER LOCURA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Iztal was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rogelio Milian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Oriol's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Burzaco's goalkeeper Rogelio Milian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesar Gonza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Erasmo Chepe managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Burzaco's Cesar Gonza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 65th minute Daniel Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severo Piearres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rogelio Milian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Milian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Oriol, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Oriol in the 80th minute of play forced Burzaco's goalkeeper Rogelio Milian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Severo Piearres notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Burzaco's Rogelio Milian. Rogelio Milian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogelio Milian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Piearres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 90 minutes, Cristian Oriol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIVER LOCURA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Oriol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Oriol took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Milian. Rogelio Milian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. RIVER LOCURA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
