Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruno Ixaka, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Timoteo Ponciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulgencio Primo came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Korneta Suarez's Omar Tancredo. But to his dismay, Omar Tancredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 35 minutes into the game, Timoteo Ponciano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Ixaka. Timoteo Ponciano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Copa Copero's Timoteo Ponciano got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Eustaquio Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 44 in the game by Timoteo Ponciano from a close distance when the talented Bruno Ixaka managed to make a qualified save. Korneta Suarez's players were relieved. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Ponciano to make the kick off. When Ramon Colas came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Copa Copero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Colas couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Korneta Suarez defense, Timoteo Ponciano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Ixaka. The Korneta Suarez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Ixaka should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Eulalio Moise ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Ixaka was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 68th minute, Ramon Colas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72nd play minutes Timoteo Ponciano shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Bruno Ixaka and just under the crossbar into goal. Bruno Ixaka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Ponciano's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Ciriaco Hunfredo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bruno Ixaka came out of the goal and Eustaquio Azibar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute Eustaquio Azibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Timoteo Ponciano came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Copa Copero fans jumped to their feet.
