Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tiburcio Oxel got the match started through his kick off. When Tiburcio Oxel came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Jockey Club RC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Oxel couldn't finish the play. If Ruben Bazil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antonio Ur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Pasqual having to interfere. Prudencio Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Oxel in the 10th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Jockey Club RC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Burutzagi. If Antonio Ur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Jockey Club RC's Gonzalo Bernat got a free kick in the 16th minute. Gervasio Furman hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Tiburcio Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jockey Club RC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Oxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Socorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Jockey Club RC's goalkeeper Humberto Pasqual had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Ur. Antonio Ur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Humberto Pasqual made a huge save. Ruben Bazil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Socorro having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Antonio Ur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A Villa Zapala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Ur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruben Bazil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Socorro having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Jaime Hartz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jockey Club RC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A Villa Zapala the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Jockey Club RC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Hartz to maneuver through the defense.

Humberto Pasqual showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Jusepe in the 53rd minute of the match. Fabio Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Oxel in the 65th minute of play forced C.A Villa Zapala's goalkeeper Prudencio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Jockey Club RC. Omar Jusepe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, C.A Villa Zapala's Prudencio Socorro got control of the ball when Ruben Bazil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jockey Club RC's Humberto Pasqual played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Jusepe in the 88th minute of play. If Tiburcio Oxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ruben Bazil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Prudencio Socorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
