A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Tiburcio Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jockey Club RC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Oxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Naike breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Humberto Pasqual stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Endira's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jockey Club RC's zone, Silverio Endira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Pasqual came out of the goal and Silverio Endira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silverio Endira scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Pasqual, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jockey Club RC's Ruben Bazil got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Unión Oncativo's Luis Naike got control of the ball when Ruben Bazil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Tiburcio Oxel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unión Oncativo's Luis Naike was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Unión Oncativo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tiburcio Oxel made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ermegildo Pagomari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Oxel might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Naike. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiburcio Oxel ran back to his position shaking his head. Raul Burutzagi kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Endira in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Pasqual prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Silverio Endira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Pasqual was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Humberto Pasqual stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Endira's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Ruben Bazil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Mateo Marino made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Pasqual. Jockey Club RC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to Unión Oncativo getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Silverio Endira hit a great ball. Luis Naike made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Oxel in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Tiburcio Oxel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Naike was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Unión Oncativo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
