Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudio Garaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cangrejilla FC's zone, Romulo Lia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Geofredo came out of the goal and Romulo Lia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabian Jerardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Garaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes in the game, Angelo Cordarell fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fernando Geofredo having to interfere. Triple 8 FC's Angelo Cordarell managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Baltasar Nayely in the 11 minute of the game. Angelo Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Geofredo having to interfere. The supporters of Triple 8 FC booed when Cangrejilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Rosario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Galeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fernando Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Cangrejilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Garaona to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Urki's late challenge caught a Cangrejilla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Urki helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Triple 8 FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jonas Urki hit a great ball. The supporters of Triple 8 FC booed when Cangrejilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Gaxan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Samuel Indartsu fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cangrejilla FC's protests and gave Samuel Indartsu a yellow card for diving instead. Triple 8 FC's Casimiro Frans was substituted for Angelo Cordarell. In the 26th minute, Samuel Indartsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romulo Lia had several of the Cangrejilla FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Fernando Geofredo as he didn't even see the shot coming. 36 minutes into the match, Cangrejilla FC's goalkeeper Fernando Geofredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romulo Lia. Atilano Galeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fernando Geofredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romulo Lia in the 41st minute. Eliseo Sein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Fernando Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romulo Lia got free with Fernando Geofredo in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romulo Lia made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Triple 8 FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Frans. Fabian Jerardo was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Claudio Garaona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Claudio Garaona really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romulo Lia in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Geofredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Triple 8 FC's Fabian Jerardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Garaona in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Casimiro Frans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Romulo Lia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Geofredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Romulo Lia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Geofredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Romulo Lia scored 4-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Geofredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Romulo Lia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Geofredo. Cangrejilla FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romulo Lia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. A collision led to Triple 8 FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Casimiro Frans hit a great ball. If Atilano Galeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Triple 8 FC had played much better football throughout.
