Romulo Lia started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Unión Oncativo's zone, Angelo Cordarell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Naike came out of the goal and Angelo Cordarell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romulo Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Luis Naike tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Romulo Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the game, Romulo Lia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luis Naike was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Atilano Galeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Naike having to interfere. Luis Naike made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Lia in the 16th minute of play. Luis Naike came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Triple 8 FC's Romulo Lia. But to his dismay, Romulo Lia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Romulo Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Luis Naike tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Jerardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateo Marino in the 33rd minute. Severiano Frans charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Frans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Triple 8 FC booed when Unión Oncativo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Frans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Sein scored 0-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Naike, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gervasio Viviano might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Naike. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Viviano ran back to his position shaking his head. 41 minutes into the match, Unión Oncativo's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Lia came free, but Luis Naike reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Triple 8 FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Eguzki. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Endira in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Jerardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silverio Endira to strike the kick off in the second half. Ceferino Lazcano kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. If Romulo Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Sein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Naike having to interfere. When Atilano Galeno came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Triple 8 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Galeno couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, Romulo Lia lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Luis Naike. Eliseo Sein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Naike having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Unión Oncativo's Salvador Poz got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Romulo Lia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Triple 8 FC booed when Unión Oncativo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Marino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Marino in the 85th minute of play forced Triple 8 FC's goalkeeper Fabian Jerardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes, Eliseo Sein mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Triple 8 FC and the Unión Oncativo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Triple 8 FC's Eliseo Sein got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Mateo Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Jerardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Unión Oncativo's Luis Naike got control of the ball when Romulo Lia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unión Oncativo's goalkeeper Luis Naike, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Unión Oncativo booed when Triple 8 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Garoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Triple 8 FC played a much better game than Unión Oncativo and deserved their victory. The Unión Oncativo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
