Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Godfredo Pirro made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Emanuel Karlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Peli. Mechongué's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Karlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 7th minute, Mechongué's Godfredo Pirro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Melchor Birila. Melchor Birila yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Godfredo Pirro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mechongué's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Pirro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Birila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mechongué's Godfredo Pirro in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ChuaveTeam's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Godfredo Pirro put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Melchor Birila. Mechongué were furious when Victorio Cortez was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mechongué fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 27th minute there was a penalty for ChuaveTeam. Anier Baristo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nestor Peli. 2-2. After having played for 31 minutes, David Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mechongué's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Montrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Albano Nayely put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Melchor Birila. Filomeno Turi might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Birila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filomeno Turi ran back to his position shaking his head. ChuaveTeam's Melchor Birila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save ChuaveTeam from getting a goal against them. If Filomeno Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, ChuaveTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Nayely came free, but Melchor Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Karlo to strike the kick off in the second half. Albano Nayely recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Mechongué's David Montrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melchor Birila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, David Montrell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melchor Birila. ChuaveTeam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Montrell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 62nd minute Filomeno Turi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Birila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Suero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Melchor Birila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Turi might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Birila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filomeno Turi ran back to his position shaking his head. David Montrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Birila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Montrell ran back to his position shaking his head. Filomeno Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Birila having to interfere. Melchor Birila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Peruxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute, Benicio Peruxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melchor Birila was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. After 78 minutes of play, Mechongué's Albano Nayely made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melchor Birila was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ubaldo Garin hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mechongué booed when ChuaveTeam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Galeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filomeno Turi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jeronimo Reno came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Mechongué fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Reno couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Norberto Gorbea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melchor Birila was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. Melchor Birila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Albano Nayely sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Turi in the 96th minute of play forced ChuaveTeam's goalkeeper Melchor Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Mechongué were the better team. Mechongué's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
