Spectators: 7137 (Terracing: 5463, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adrian Olo started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Rico in the 6th minute of play forced Atletico Lamadrid's goalkeeper Constantino Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Atletico Lamadrid fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Atletico Lamadrid's Adrian Olo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 16 minutes into the match, Atletico Lamadrid's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Rico came free, but Constantino Fero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Paolo Vito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constantino Fero was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. When Rene Selatse fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Classon's protests and gave Rene Selatse a yellow card for diving instead. Rene Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, one of Atletico Lamadrid:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atletico Lamadrid. Paolo Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Matias Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Stanislao hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The supporters of Atletico Lamadrid booed when Classon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paolo Vito to make the kick off. Matias Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fernan Ganix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Rico took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantino Fero. Constantino Fero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Paolo Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Constantino Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantino Fero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Rico in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the match, Silvio Rico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantino Fero. Atletico Lamadrid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 83 minutes, Pedro Eusko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Classon and the Atletico Lamadrid players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes Classon got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Eusko. Aquiles Stanislao, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Silvio Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Fero having to interfere. The Classon supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Classon would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
