Classon's Paolo Vito got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 11 minutes, Jonas Peru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manzi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Peru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Maximiliano Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Peru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernan Ganix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Cruz in the 15th minute of play. Augusto Fero hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Bordat during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Roman Bordat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Chatigny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Rico in the 20th minute. Manzi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Ganix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Silvio Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Maximiliano Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernan Ganix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Manzi FC's Maximiliano Cruz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernan Ganix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paolo Vito was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Chatigny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Vito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, Classon's Rene Selatse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rosendo Chatigny made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Silvio Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Chatigny having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Manzi FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Txindoki. Paolo Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Rosendo Chatigny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Rico spun around in front of the goal 66 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Manzi FC's goal. After having played for 75 minutes, Maximiliano Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manzi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78thth minute of the game Jonas Peru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Classon's Fernan Ganix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silvio Rico took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rosendo Chatigny. Rosendo Chatigny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. If Maximiliano Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Classon fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manzi FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
