Nicolas Mikolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Tancredo having to interfere. Humberto Efren kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. When Benito Kelemen came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Mineteros Unidos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Kelemen couldn't finish the play. Aaron Casomiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Casomiro in the 12th minute of play forced Mineteros Unidos's goalkeeper Clemente Bartolome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustacio Iztal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Benito Kelemen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Bartolome showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Casomiro in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match, Sergio Nataniel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabio Tancredo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bartolo Iruinea hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Mikolas in the 25th minute of play forced Soldados de Caruso's goalkeeper Fabio Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Bartolome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Casomiro in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Mineteros Unidos getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Tobias Oxel hit a great ball. Clemente Bartolome stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Casomiro's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Soldados de Caruso's Eustacio Iztal got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Benito Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Mikolas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Tancredo was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Mineteros Unidos's zone, Aaron Casomiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Bartolome came out of the goal and Aaron Casomiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Aaron Casomiro took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Clemente Bartolome to make any attempt to save it. If Nicolas Mikolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Mikolas in the 62nd minute of the match. Aaron Casomiro struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Clemente Bartolome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soldados de Caruso. In the 74th minute, Sergio Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes Mineteros Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Eufemio. Eustacio Iztal struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Clemente Bartolome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soldados de Caruso. Soldados de Caruso's Fabio Tancredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Mikolas in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Benito Kelemen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Soldados de Caruso had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
