Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Toroyaco's Santo Fonso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10thth minute of the game Santo Fonso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icaño's Virgilio Vachon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgilio Vachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Eneas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes, Toroyaco's Niceto Matei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Virgilio Vachon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Toroyaco reached it. In the 20thth minute of the game Santo Fonso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icaño's Virgilio Vachon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Toroyaco booed when Icaño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Icaño's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Fonso came free, but Virgilio Vachon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Toroyaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, Toroyaco's goalkeeper Jeremias Montrelle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Matthew. Jeremias Montrelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Casomiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 37 minutes, Vicente Quinten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toroyaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Quinten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Santo Fonso put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Virgilio Vachon. After the first half Toroyaco were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fulgencio Casomiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeremias Montrelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Telo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 55 minutes on the clock, Niceto Matei commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Jeremias Montrelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Bakar in the 62nd minute of play. If Prudencio Bakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Montrelle came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Icaño's Prudencio Bakar. But to his dismay, Prudencio Bakar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 4-3 became the score in the 73rd minute when Fulgencio Casomiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Icaño's Virgilio Vachon got control of the ball when Santo Fonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Toroyaco's Jeremias Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Matthew in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Santo Fonso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgilio Vachon was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Prudencio Bakar kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. Many of Toroyaco's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Toroyaco may have spent more time on the ball, but Icaño were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
