Alejo Quintyn came out of the goal and Dionisio Havier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dionisio Havier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Alejo Quintyn made a huge save. A hard shot 16 in the game by Dionisio Havier from a close distance when the talented Alejo Quintyn managed to make a qualified save. Arroyito's players were relieved. In the 17th minute, Benito Urtsin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aristides Claris kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Dionisio Havier, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 24 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Alejo Quintyn was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Benito Urtsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 37th minute, but Alejo Quintyn got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Arroyito hanging dry this time. In the 39th minute, Gualterio Atarrabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Alejo Quintyn managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Arano AFC's Dionisio Havier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Steven stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Arano AFC's Dionisio Havier in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Dionisio Havier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejo Quintyn was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Alejo Quintyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Urtsin in the 86th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Arano AFC's Dionisio Havier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alejo Quintyn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 98th minute of the match Basilio Flores shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Manex showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arano AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
