In the 37th minute Eulalio Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Piearres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Vladimiro Senio put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ciriaco Ikatz. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Real Madrid C.F.'s Ciriaco Ikatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Indalecio in the 96th minute of play. Palermo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Real Madrid C.F. for a fine match.
