Spectators: 5501 (Terracing: 4400, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eulalio Kauldi started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Las Sierras Locas's zone, Fausto Celino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Jerold came out of the goal and Fausto Celino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fausto Celino made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 5thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Jairo Jerold would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Jairo Jerold was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Ovidio Mark capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ovidio Mark really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Sunampa's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Baraquiel came free, but Uriel Vedillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Rolando Baraquiel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Las Sierras Locas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 24 minutes, Ovidio Mark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunampa and the Las Sierras Locas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Sunampa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Mark to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Eulalio Kauldi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uriel Vedillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Uriel Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Soin in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute Eulalio Kauldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, Las Sierras Locas's Rolando Baraquiel made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uriel Vedillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute Ovidio Mark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Jerold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Las Sierras Locas's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Mark came free, but Jairo Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Las Sierras Locas were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jairo Jerold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Celino in the 52nd minute of the match. After 56 minutes, Eulalio Kauldi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las Sierras Locas and the Sunampa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Las Sierras Locas got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Kauldi. In the 57th match minute, Las Sierras Locas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Soin to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Vedillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eulalio Kauldi in the 59th minute. Uriel Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Soin in the 61st minute of play. Uriel Vedillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Kauldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 65 in the game by Eulalio Kauldi from a close distance when the talented Uriel Vedillo managed to make a qualified save. Sunampa's players were relieved. After 66 minutes, Fausto Celino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunampa and the Las Sierras Locas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Sunampa got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Celino. Sunampa's Uriel Vedillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Kauldi in the 67th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, Las Sierras Locas's Casimiro Ekhi made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uriel Vedillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geronimo Soin took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uriel Vedillo. Uriel Vedillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Rolando Baraquiel took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uriel Vedillo. The crowd rose to their feet as Las Sierras Locas's Rolando Baraquiel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Uriel Vedillo. That made the score 1-8 after 91 minutes of play. Genaro Oihenarte kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Geronimo Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Las Sierras Locas played a much better game than Sunampa and deserved their victory. The Sunampa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
