Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Flavio Orain started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ruperto Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Ilixo in the 8th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Flavio Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Estevon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tu Vieja's Ezequiel Dominix got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Romulo Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Franco in the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Eulalio Ignazio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gavino Estevon, 1-0. Gavino Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Haritzeder in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes Tu Vieja's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilberto Eutor who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Gilberto Eutor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tu Vieja's Gavino Estevon did a great save. After 39 played minutes Tu Vieja got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Burutzagi. Eulalio Ignazio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Estevon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Damaso Xabat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezequiel Dominix made a kick off. Gavino Estevon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tu Vieja's zone, Flavio Orain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Estevon came out of the goal and Flavio Orain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavio Orain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacinto Haritzeder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavino Estevon having to make a save. Fernando Inautzi hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Jacinto Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Tu Vieja booed when Valcheta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Eutor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilfredo Ilixo might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Paul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilfredo Ilixo ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Jacinto Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valcheta's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Haritzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavino Estevon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Eulalio Ignazio came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Valcheta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Ignazio couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Flavio Orain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfredo Ilixo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 85th playminute. In the 88th minute, Flavio Orain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valcheta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Valcheta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
