In the 7th match minute, Palomar F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Raymundo to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Valcheta's Baldomiro Matia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Godoy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eduardo Raymundo's late challenge caught a Valcheta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomiro Matia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Erasmo Godoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 71st match minute, Valcheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Umbruso to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Haritzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Erasmo Godoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Haritzeder struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Erasmo Godoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valcheta. Ovidio Ihintza might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Paul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Ihintza ran back to his position shaking his head. Ovidio Ihintza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilberto Eutor hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Baldomiro Matia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
