Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matias Sustrai kicked off to start the match. Valcheta's Flavio Orain got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th minute Flavio Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Sustrai struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Ruperto Paul didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAN FC. After 7 played minutes CAN FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Hulberto. In the 11th minute, Tiburcio Hulberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiburcio Hulberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st match minute, CAN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Erruki to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute Tiburcio Hulberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Valcheta's Eulalio Ignazio got a free kick in the 28th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Matias Sustrai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Sustrai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 34 played minutes Valcheta got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Eutor. After 38 played minutes, CAN FC's Evelio Lluciano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruperto Paul came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CAN FC reached it. Matias Sustrai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Paul having to interfere. Tiburcio Hulberto struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ruperto Paul didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAN FC. Jacinto Haritzeder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Mikelar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Gilberto Eutor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Eutor struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Camilo Mikelar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valcheta. After a defensive mix-up in CAN FC's zone, Jacinto Haritzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Mikelar came out of the goal and Jacinto Haritzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Jacinto Haritzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Valcheta's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Sustrai came free, but Ruperto Paul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Valcheta getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jacinto Haritzeder hit a great ball. Flavio Orain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Mikelar having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Valcheta's goalkeeper Ruperto Paul had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiburcio Hulberto. 76 minutes into the game, Flavio Orain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Camilo Mikelar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Jacinto Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valcheta's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Haritzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Mikelar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jacinto Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gilberto Eutor came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Valcheta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Eutor couldn't finish the play. Eulalio Ignazio might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Mikelar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eulalio Ignazio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th match minute, CAN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Canor to maneuver through the defense. Valcheta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
