The referee ignored SC Quarz United's protests and gave Anacleto Obano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Anacleto Obano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 7th minute of the match Anacleto Obano completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Anacleto Obano a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Funebrero FC's Reynaldo Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Bieito in the 11th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Bernardino Liher put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leonides Sandaili. If Bernardino Liher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, SC Quarz United's goalkeeper Leonides Sandaili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardino Liher. After 24th play minutes Bernardino Liher shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Leonides Sandaili and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 40th minute, Angelino Nardo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonides Sandaili. The goal made the score 3-0. 44 minutes into the match, Bernardino Liher notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SC Quarz United's Leonides Sandaili. Leonides Sandaili was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 48th minute, Bernardino Liher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardino Liher to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Etxekopar in the 52nd minute of play forced SC Quarz United's goalkeeper Leonides Sandaili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, SC Quarz United's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Liher came free, but Leonides Sandaili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Etxekopar in the 55th minute of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Paulino Etxekopar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Quarz United's Leonides Sandaili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonides Sandaili didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Funebrero FC's Paulino Etxekopar shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, SC Quarz United's Honorio Berbiz got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Paulino Etxekopar got free in front of the goal in the 76th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Leonides Sandaili was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Leonides Sandaili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Etxekopar in the 79th minute of play. Bernardino Liher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Etxekopar took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Sandaili. Leonides Sandaili dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Marcos Nuno charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Nuno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcos Nuno kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Etxekopar in the 96th minute of play forced SC Quarz United's goalkeeper Leonides Sandaili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Funebrero FC were the better team. Funebrero FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
