Spectators: 6550 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roberto Ekialde kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardino Liher got free with Everardo Gabino in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulino Etxekopar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Gabino having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulino Etxekopar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Everardo Gabino. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Everardo Gabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Etxekopar in the 23rd minute of play. Reynaldo Basajaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Ekialde went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The Funebrero FC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Funebrero FC's Paulino Etxekopar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 38 minutes in the game, Paulino Etxekopar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Everardo Gabino having to interfere. Alfonso Palben hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Funebrero FC's Paulino Etxekopar got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardino Liher made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Alfonso Palben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulino Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardino Liher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Etxekopar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Everardo Gabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Gabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Liher in the 70th minute of play. Everardo Gabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Etxekopar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Paulino Etxekopar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Funebrero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After some careless play in the C.A.B.J defense, Bernardino Liher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Gabino. The C.A.B.J fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Gabino should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Funebrero FC's Dionisio Iruinea got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute Roberto Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Funebrero FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
