In the 6th minute, Rosendo Ladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Moise hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With his leg Everardo Gabino managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Ibicuy AFC's Rosendo Ladio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to C.A.B.J getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Vicente Naldo hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, German Vidal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Everardo Gabino. C.A.B.J's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that German Vidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Vicente Naldo's late challenge caught a Ibicuy AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Naldo helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Naldo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Ibar in the 19th minute of play forced Ibicuy AFC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Tiniebra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Ibicuy AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Azubeli to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Enrique Ibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Ladio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Everardo Gabino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 31 minutes into the match, C.A.B.J's goalkeeper Everardo Gabino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Ladio. 41 minutes into the game, Rosendo Ladio lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Everardo Gabino. C.A.B.J's Enrique Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for German Vidal to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th play minute Enrique Ibar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Leopoldo Tiniebra. 2-1. Leopoldo Tiniebra made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Enrique Ibar sent off a good shot on target. C.A.B.J's Everardo Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Ladio in the 59th minute of play. Ibicuy AFC were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after C.A.B.J's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sixto Innocenzio took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ibicuy AFC's corner Sixto Innocenzio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Everardo Gabino quite easily take care of the ball. Rosendo Ladio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Everardo Gabino having to make a save. Enrique Ibar scored 2-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Tiniebra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. German Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Gabino having to interfere. Everardo Viator struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Leopoldo Tiniebra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.B.J. After a rather tough play, Ibicuy AFC's Bernabe Selmo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Leopoldo Tiniebra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Ekialde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Ladio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Everardo Gabino having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everardo Viator during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Everardo Viator hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
