When Basilio Abascal fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.B.J's protests and gave Basilio Abascal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, C.A.B.J was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Abascal to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes Las Bestias FC got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Mitxel. Las Bestias FC's Apolo Admon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Ekialde in the 30th minute of play. Apolo Admon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Everardo Gabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Estevon in the 39th minute of the match. Lucas Azeari charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Azeari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Las Bestias FC's Eleuterio Mitxel got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Ekialde to strike the kick off in the second half. Everardo Gabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Estevon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Roberto Ekialde came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the C.A.B.J fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Ekialde couldn't finish the play. In the 59th match minute, Las Bestias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Azeari to maneuver through the defense. After 68 minutes, Sebastian Urtsua mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las Bestias FC and the C.A.B.J players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Enrique Ibar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Apolo Admon. That made the score 1-1 in the 74 minute of play. Arnoldo Estevon took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everardo Gabino. Everardo Gabino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Vicente Naldo took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Admon. Apolo Admon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Arnoldo Estevon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Las Bestias FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A.B.J had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
