In the 11th minute, Jeremias Tximitx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Tiniebra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Xeneize Sureño's goal looked a bit too open when German Vidal came free, but Pastor Henrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ibicuy AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Tiniebra should have stopped the shot. Osvaldo Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Leopoldo Tiniebra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Tiniebra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Selmo in the 36th minute of play forced Xeneize Sureño's goalkeeper Pastor Henrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Osvaldo Stanislao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ibicuy AFC's Leopoldo Tiniebra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Ibicuy AFC from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the game, Gavino Constancio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Xeneize Sureño's Jeremias Tximitx quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pastor Henrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Ladio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xeneize Sureño's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
