Spectators: 7095 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 30) Victor Chayo made the kick off and thus started the match. Matilde FC were furious when Hilario Pacho was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Miramar booed when Matilde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Haritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Mauro Lluciano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eloy Kinsen skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Matilde FC booed when Miramar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Chayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Remigio Dino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matilde FC's Eloy Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Berdoi in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Remigio Dino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Dino struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Arnulfo Xabel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matilde FC. 30 minutes into the game, Remigio Dino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arnulfo Xabel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remigio Dino to make the kick off. After 59 played minutes Miramar got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Xabel. In the 62nd minute, Christian Berdoi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eloy Kinsen, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Miramar getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Victor Chayo hit a great ball. Eloy Kinsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Chayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Prospero Serafo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Xabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Xabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Dino in the 72nd minute of play. Leo Haritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Miramar getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Mauro Lluciano hit a great ball. Anselmo Gitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87thth minute of the game Remigio Dino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miramar's Arnulfo Xabel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Chayo in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Kinsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Chayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Kinsen having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Remigio Dino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matilde FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigio Dino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miramar's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
