Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eloy Kinsen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Las Bestias FC's Apolo Admon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Serafo in the 40th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Leguizamón to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnoldo Estevon in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Kinsen saved Matilde FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Matilde FC's Hilario Pacho got a free kick in the 71st minute. Gaspar Frances might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eloy Kinsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Frances ran back to his position shaking his head. After 78 played minutes Las Bestias FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Urtsua. After 81 minutes Las Bestias FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anselmo Gitano who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Matilde FC's corner Anselmo Gitano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Apolo Admon quite easily take care of the ball. Eleuterio Mitxel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Apolo Admon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Leguizamón, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Arnoldo Estevon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eloy Kinsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
