Atilano Jerrold kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Roberto Hunfredo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saul Herena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roberto Hunfredo ran back to his position shaking his head. If 马梁 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Hunfredo in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Herena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Sustrai to strike the kick off in the second half. If Conrado Llorenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience held their breath when Aristides Arnau in the 56th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Justo Quintun's left hand side. In the 58th minute 马梁 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 60 minutes, Roberto Hunfredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Arnau in the 90th minute of play forced Millonarios city's goalkeeper Justo Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 马梁 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Saul Herena came out and tried to block the shot, but 马梁 slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Millonarios city walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
