The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Leones FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fitarruín:s goal. Valentin Tome shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Romulo Malvin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute of the match, Generoso Millan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabian Tabb saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Justo Dantel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fabian Tabb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Generoso Millan hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Gregorio Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Firmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Romulo Malvin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Lico in the 38th minute of the match. Gregorio Lico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Dantel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Tabb having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Generoso Millan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Leones FC's zone, Generoso Millan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Tabb came out of the goal and Generoso Millan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damaso Firmin to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Remigio Soin got a free kick in the 56th minute. Generoso Millan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Fabian Tabb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Matias Aresti hit a great ball. Justo Dantel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Generoso Millan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 89 minutes, Justo Dantel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fitarruín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Dantel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Justo Dantel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Fitarruín players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
