Herminio Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basilio Vito kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Hugo Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herminio Abascal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Silviano in the 27th minute of the match. Anier Laurendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Edur having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Diegotxe in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Edur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bonifacio Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayetano Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Diegotxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Boca de mi vida! ♫'s Rogelio Diegotxe in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colmena's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Mikeldi got free with Cayetano Edur in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Silviano made a kick off. Eusebio Haimar tried in the 52nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Herminio Abascal a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-2. If Hugo Mateo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Bonifacio Mikeldi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Edur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Bonifacio Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Colmena defense, Rogelio Diegotxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Edur. The Colmena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Edur should have stopped the shot. Herminio Abascal was a little too slow when Aaron Silviano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 2-3. In the 96th minute Bonifacio Mikeldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Edur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
