Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benedicto Arias started the match with the kick off. When Luciano Chorche came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Junín AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Chorche couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Susques FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Isidoro Virila hit a great ball. Alejo Koldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zacarias Bembe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejo Koldo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute Alejo Koldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Bembe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the game, Casimiro Dorio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Junín AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Susques FC the free kick. Leopoldo Kepa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Celedonio Lia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benedicto Arias during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Junín AFC booed when Susques FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Benedicto Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Virila succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 57th playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Junín AFC's zone, Benedicto Arias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Lia came out of the goal and Benedicto Arias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidoro Virila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Celedonio Lia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Lia made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Isidoro Virila sent off a good shot on target. Susques FC's Zacarias Bembe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Koldo in the 70th minute of play. Fulgencio Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Bembe having to interfere. Benedicto Arias struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Celedonio Lia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Susques FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Isidoro Virila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Susques FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Virila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Lia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Junín AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Lia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 87 minutes, Alejo Koldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Junín AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejo Koldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Susques FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
