After a defensive mix-up in Zapata's zone, Melquiades Transito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Palben came out of the goal and Melquiades Transito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafino Edwardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Siro Hunfredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Serafino Edwardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Hunfredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Zapata fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Zapata's Prudencio Gurutz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Prudencio Gurutz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siro Hunfredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, hrd2xpln was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Sarracino to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Clodoveo Sarracino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Serafino Edwardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Siro Hunfredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The hrd2xpln players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zapata were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeo Pietro was the one to do the kick off. Marciano Palben stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melquiades Transito's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Serafino Edwardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Siro Hunfredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Prudencio Gurutz took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Siro Hunfredo to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Serafino Edwardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siro Hunfredo was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. A collision led to hrd2xpln getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Diego Florinio hit a great ball. When Abelardo Dei fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored hrd2xpln's protests and gave Abelardo Dei a yellow card for diving instead. Abelardo Dei kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Serafino Edwardo in the 81st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Siro Hunfredo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After having played for 86 minutes, Prudencio Gurutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prudencio Gurutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amadeo Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Zapata players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
