Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adrian Ixona kicked off to start the match. El Trueno Verde were furious when Maximiliano Primeiro was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Abel Ieltxu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Astor Aragones. El Trueno Verde's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Faustino Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Alfonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Buinton in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Generoso Buinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Alfonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elvio Sidro hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Angel Alfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Todor in the 19th minute of the match. If Aaron Abilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Aragones having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Elvio Sidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Elvio Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Abilio in the 30th minute of play forced El Trueno Verde's goalkeeper Astor Aragones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Vasco in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Astor Aragones, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute, Abel Ieltxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Rodas's late challenge caught a Mulcahy FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Rodas helped the player get up and apologised. Pablo Rodas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Faustino Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Astor Aragones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faustino Vasco to make the kick off. Elvio Sidro charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Sidro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elvio Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Faustino Vasco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Aragones having to make a save. Astor Aragones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Sidro in the 69th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamin Todor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angel Alfonso. That made the score 1-1 in the 71 minute of play. In the 74th match minute, El Trueno Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Gorbea to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Vasco in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Aragones saved El Trueno Verde from getting behind. Faustino Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Astor Aragones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Mulcahy FC's Elvio Sidro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Aragones made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 89 minutes into the match, Mulcahy FC's goalkeeper Angel Alfonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Generoso Buinton. Generoso Buinton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Alfonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.
