Spectators: 7210 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Amancio Txartiko took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marciano Palben made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Arnau in the 4th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Amancio Txartiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zapata's Marciano Palben was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pastor Celino's late challenge caught a Zapata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pastor Celino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zapata booed when Oriente AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Celino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marciano Palben came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Oriente AFC's Amancio Txartiko. But to his dismay, Amancio Txartiko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Aaron Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Quinito in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Rafael Canor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Palben showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Jaime Quinito fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zapata's protests and gave Jaime Quinito a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zapata getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jaime Quinito hit a great ball. Oriente AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Prudencio Gurutz scored to the left of an out of position Aaron Aballe, making the score, 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Amancio Txartiko notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Zapata's Marciano Palben. Marciano Palben was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marciano Palben took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Arnau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Oriente AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Rafael Canor hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Edwardo to make the kick off. Mauro Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Marciano Palben tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Zapata's zone, Amancio Txartiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Palben came out of the goal and Amancio Txartiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st match minute, Oriente AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Canor to maneuver through the defense. Zapata's Marciano Palben played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Txartiko in the 69th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Oriente AFC's Marciano Palben threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amancio Txartiko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 73rd minute, Oriente AFC's Amancio Txartiko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Txartiko in the 82nd minute of play forced Zapata's goalkeeper Marciano Palben to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Celestino Cristofor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zapata and the Oriente AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 played minutes Zapata got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Cristofor. Amancio Txartiko had several of the Zapata's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Marciano Palben as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mauro Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marciano Palben tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Oriente AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Paulo Raymundo hit a great ball. If Serafino Edwardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Arnau's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 98thth minute, Marciano Palben skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
