Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joaquin Celino kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Gines got free with Feliberto Darien in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Faustino Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elvio Sidro during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elvio Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The supporters of Cienega AFC booed when Mulcahy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Sidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Cienega AFC's goalkeeper Feliberto Darien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Gines. In the 14th minute, Faustino Vasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mulcahy FC's Faustino Vasco got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 21 minutes, Faustino Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mulcahy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Vasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mulcahy FC's Faustino Vasco got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Urdaspal in the 27th minute of play forced Mulcahy FC's goalkeeper Angel Alfonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Fidele kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Laureano Lertxun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Alfonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Faustino Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Darien having to interfere. Faustino Vasco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Feliberto Darien skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Mulcahy FC's Faustino Vasco in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faustino Vasco made a kick off. Isaias Gines blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Darien having to make a save. Feliberto Darien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Vasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Darien having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cienega AFC's zone, Faustino Vasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Darien came out of the goal and Faustino Vasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 66 minutes on the clock, Rolando Vincent commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a defensive mix-up in Mulcahy FC's zone, Laureano Lertxun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Alfonso came out of the goal and Laureano Lertxun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 played minutes, Mulcahy FC's Isaias Gines shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Feliberto Darien came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mulcahy FC reached it. In the 80th minute Aaron Abilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Darien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Mulcahy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Urdaspal came free, but Angel Alfonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faustino Vasco in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Darien prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Ieltxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Faustino Vasco came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mulcahy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Vasco couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Vasco in the 93rd minute of play forced Cienega AFC's goalkeeper Feliberto Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Alfonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Celino, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mulcahy FC had played much better football throughout.
