After 3 played minutes, Zapata's Victoriano Eutor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cornelio Henry came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zapata reached it. After 4 minutes, Ariel Jakue mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing Club and the Zapata players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Ariel Jakue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornelio Henry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Edwardo in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Serafino Edwardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Quinito's late challenge caught a Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Quinito helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 minutes, Celestino Cristofor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zapata and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marciano Palben made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Jakue in the 25th minute of play. Prudencio Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Ariel Jakue got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Zapata's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Olo came free, but Marciano Palben reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudencio Gurutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cornelio Henry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Palben showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Olo in the 54th minute of the match. During the 55th minute of the match Celestino Cristofor completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Celestino Cristofor a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ariel Jakue sped through Zapata's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marciano Palben. With an all-out effort, Racing Club's Marciano Palben threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guido Olo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 90 minutes into the match, Zapata's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Olo came free, but Marciano Palben reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Guido Olo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cornelio Henry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Gurutz in the 94th minute of play. The Racing Club players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Zapata from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
