In the 13thth minute of the game Esteban Quilino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gaboto FC's Edelmiro Orlandus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edelmiro Orlandus came out of the goal and Esteban Quilino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Baldomiro Isauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baldomiro Isauro took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Orlandus. Edelmiro Orlandus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Rosendo Clodio's late challenge caught a Gaboto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Clodio helped the player get up and apologised. Rosendo Clodio hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Gaboto FC's Teo Hernandez in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomiro Isauro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edelmiro Orlandus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baldomiro Isauro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 52 minute of play. In the 87th minute, Gaboto FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Esteban Quilino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bonifacio Kinsen charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bonifacio Kinsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, Club El Porvenir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Kinsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Severo Tipi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Janpier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edelmiro Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Isauro in the 97th minute of the match. Club El Porvenir played a much better game than Gaboto FC and deserved their victory. The Gaboto FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
