Ernesto Reno lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave A.D Infantil Platense a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amancio Martxot, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BOEDO's Geronimo Constancio. 1-0. Geronimo Constancio made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Jacinto Santikurtz sent off a good shot on target. When Jimeno Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the A.D Infantil Platense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. The supporters of A.D Infantil Platense booed when BOEDO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Goyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jimeno Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the A.D Infantil Platense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. Dalmacio Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Senen having to interfere. Robustiano Ferran might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Siro Senen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robustiano Ferran ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Lekubegi was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Santikurtz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jimeno Lekubegi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Constancio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BOEDO's Joaquin Karmel got a free kick in the 64th minute. Amancio Martxot took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geronimo Constancio. BOEDO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 69th minute Jimeno Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Constancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to BOEDO getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Casimiro Jurdan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Santikurtz in the 74th minute of play forced BOEDO's goalkeeper Geronimo Constancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the BOEDO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A.D Infantil Platense.
