In the 5th match minute, Gastona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Harriet to maneuver through the defense. Aquiles Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Vasco having to interfere. Gaspar Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Eloy Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ignacio Vasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Eloy Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. López's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Vasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisito Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Nicasio Bizen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and López's Zeledon Ereinotz didn't even have to move. Aquiles Marz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. López's Eloy Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arsenio Javiar fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gastona FC's protests and gave Arsenio Javiar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gastona FC booed when López was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Galindo lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in López fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Gastona FC's Filiberto Erramun got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mario Eskuin hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Filiberto Erramun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, López's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Rudolfo came free, but Zeledon Ereinotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Gastona FC were awarded a corner. Nicasio Bizen went to the cornerflag to take it. Bernabe Videl tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Zeledon Ereinotz. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 49th minute.

Zeledon Ereinotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Erramun in the 62nd minute of the match. Filiberto Erramun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Zeledon Ereinotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Gastona FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Atarrabi. Ignacio Vasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Eskuin in the 67th minute of the match. The tension between the López and the Gastona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes López got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Sugar. Gastona FC's Nicasio Bizen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for López. Filiberto Erramun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeledon Ereinotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Rudolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. Gastona FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
