Domingos Selmo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. Sportivo Sin Gente's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Erramun in the 9th minute of play forced Sportivo Sin Gente's goalkeeper Basilio Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patricio Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Valery kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Filiberto Erramun charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Erramun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gastona FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ignacio Vasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sportivo Sin Gente's Basilio Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Rudolfo in the 33rd minute of play. Domingos Selmo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Vasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Patricio Breogan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 38 minutes, Jonatan Marcones mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Sin Gente and the Gastona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Sin Gente's Jonatan Marcones got a free kick in the 39th minute. Gastona FC's Gaspar Atarrabi suffered a sore thigh after 43 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nicasio Bizen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Filiberto Erramun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basilio Faro having to make a save. Gastona FC's Miguel Harriet got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filiberto Erramun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Faro having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Sportivo Sin Gente could leave the field as winners, despite Gastona FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
