After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Txartiko to strike the kick off in the second half. Hermengildo Karlo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baldomero Macerio came out and tried to block the shot, but Hermengildo Karlo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 51st minute. Gabriel Constancio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Leonides Sein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Augusto Txartiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute of the match Anier Monico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Sein skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Hustaz got free with Baldomero Macerio in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmo Sugar hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match Paolo Rafe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Sein skillfully saved the ball. If Lázaro Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Hustaz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 84th playminute. Saverio Luzaide took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Sein. Leonides Sein dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Huachana AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
