After 10 minutes, Saturnino Dolcet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obraje and the Carpintería players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Saturnino Dolcet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Haimar in the 13th minute of play forced Carpintería's goalkeeper Angel Unax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saturnino Dolcet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Angel Unax tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Carpintería's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Haimar came free, but Angel Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Atarratze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angel Unax having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Haimar in the 32nd minute of play forced Carpintería's goalkeeper Angel Unax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Unax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Haimar in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Carpintería getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tobias Gaur hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Obraje's Ceferino Haimar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angel Unax narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ceferino Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceferino Haimar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Gimenez to make the kick off. Saturnino Dolcet was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Jonas Guilabertus fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Obraje's protests and gave Jonas Guilabertus a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Obraje getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jonas Guilabertus hit a great ball. Saturnino Dolcet didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-1 via right post in the game's 57th minute. Obraje's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 60 minutes, Alejo Atarratze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obraje and the Carpintería players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Obraje's Alejo Atarratze got a free kick in the 60th minute. Gonzalo Columbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ulises Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gonzalo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ulises Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Carpintería's Angel Unax got control of the ball when Ceferino Haimar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulises Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ulises Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceferino Haimar struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Angel Unax didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Obraje. In the 84th minute, Obraje's Saturnino Dolcet dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Dolcet in the 92nd minute of play forced Carpintería's goalkeeper Angel Unax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Unax made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ceferino Haimar sent off a good shot on target. The Obraje supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Obraje would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
