Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Feliberto Goito made the kick off which started today's match. Gaudencio Quintana hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Fermin Felo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Martin Caitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Olando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Goito in the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Gerardo Leoiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guernica AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Leoiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Olando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 played minutes Ancóm got a freekick which was hit by Leo Vito. After a defensive mix-up in Ancóm's zone, Feliberto Goito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Olando came out of the goal and Feliberto Goito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes of play, Ancóm's Geronimo Raymon made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Caitano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Humberto Olando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Goito in the 30th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Ancóm got a freekick which was hit by Leo Vito. After having played for 33 minutes, Javier Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guernica AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Gorbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Guernica AFC's Martin Caitano got control of the ball when Geronimo Raymon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Guernica AFC's Feliberto Goito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Olando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Humberto Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Leoiar in the 41st minute of play. Fermin Felo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Caitano having to interfere. 47 minutes in the game, Fermin Felo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Martin Caitano having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fermin Felo to strike the kick off in the second half. Serafin Abella took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martin Caitano. Guernica AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Martin Caitano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Felo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ancóm's zone, Gerardo Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Olando came out of the goal and Gerardo Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ancóm's Lucas Bernad got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliberto Goito in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Olando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Guernica AFC booed when Ancóm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Javier Gorbea sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Humberto Olando threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Javier Gorbea this time. Martin Caitano came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Ancóm's Fermin Felo. But to his dismay, Fermin Felo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a little luck, Ancóm's Humberto Olando got control of the ball when Gerardo Leoiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Bernad was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 77th match minute, Ancóm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Bernad to maneuver through the defense. Martin Caitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Raymon in the 81st minute of play. Gerardo Leoiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Humberto Olando made a huge save. Gerardo Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Olando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Goito, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Guernica AFC's Feliberto Goito got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ancóm fans cheered their team off the field, for while Guernica AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
