Francisco Esiquio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Kepa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After 12 played minutes club carlos casares got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Rojelio. Francisco Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Francisco Esiquio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Villa Castells's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Esiquio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Francisco Esiquio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eleuterio Loren hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Francisco Esiquio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnoldo Kepa was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Arnoldo Kepa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Esiquio in the 30th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Francisco Esiquio made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Esiquio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Arnoldo Kepa 53 minutes into the match. Roberto Abeijon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Francisco Esiquio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Arnoldo Kepa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes club carlos casares got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Loren. If Francisco Esiquio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Diagur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Arnoldo Kepa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes club carlos casares got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Pelayo. Ramiro Dominix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Vergaray in the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Villa Castells left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than club carlos casares.
