Abel Lamberto's late challenge caught a Cuervo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Lamberto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Abel Lamberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Olivar kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Domenec came free, but Marcos Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Admon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Ixaka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Perrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Lizbeth having to interfere. With 28 minutes on the clock, Isaac Blasi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 27th minute, one of Cuervo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cuervo FC. In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Ambargasta. Fabio Galsino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Admon. 0-2. In the 33rd minute Delmar Domenec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Admon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Iraido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Admon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Domenec in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ambargasta's zone, Robustiano Perrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Lizbeth came out of the goal and Robustiano Perrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ovidio Iraido came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Cuervo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Iraido couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dominik Milan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Cuervo FC's Marcos Admon got control of the ball when Delmar Domenec tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute Diego Berriotxoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Admon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Admon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Ixaka in the 75th minute of the match. Marcos Admon was a little too slow when Rolando Olivar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-3. 83 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Olivar came free, but Marcos Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Admon made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Diego Berriotxoa sent off a good shot on target.
