A very good chance. In the 19th minute Alberto Macerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Gomez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lion Force booed when La Maquinita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Urdin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to La Maquinita getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Cosme Loren hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Gaspar Aritza sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La Maquinita's Nereo Gomez didn't even have to move. Alberto Macerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th match minute, La Maquinita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. When Domingos Rocio fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lion Force's protests and gave Domingos Rocio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Domingos Rocio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Mendiko, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Alberto Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Gomez made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Gogo Perutxo sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafino Haritz to strike the kick off in the second half. Nereo Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruperto Urdin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Nereo Gomez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Macerio in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Serafino Haritz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruperto Urdin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeledon Aureo having to make a save. 76 minutes into the match, Lion Force's goalkeeper Zeledon Aureo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafino Haritz. La Maquinita's Serafino Haritz got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gogo Perutxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, La Maquinita's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Perutxo came free, but Nereo Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
